But for a long time, I didn’t.
My journey here hasn’t been straightforward. It’s been raw, real, and shaped by everything life threw at me — from childhood challenges to chronic illness, trauma, disability, and more than a few dark nights of the soul.
There were times when I lost myself completely.
Times when I truly believed I wouldn’t get back up.
And yet — I did.
Not by chance, but by choice.
✊ From Breakdown to Breakthrough
I live with Crohn’s disease, PTSD, and a permanent ileostomy, following life-altering — and life-saving — abdominal reconstruction surgery. I’ve had double-figure surgeries, and more than once I’ve faced the very real possibility of not seeing the next day.
That experience changed everything.
It forced me to dig deeper than I thought possible — mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
And as I rebuilt my life, I realised I didn’t want to just survive anymore.
I wanted to thrive — and help others do the same.
So I committed myself to healing, learning, and helping people who feel like they don’t fit the mould.
People who are burnt out, overlooked, neurodivergent, or emotionally overwhelmed.
To show them that no matter how stuck you feel, there is always a way forward.
